Contact us for warranty claims. We will process and return your goods within 1-2 business days from the date of receiving your goods. All returns and exchanges that have not been approved in advance will not be handled. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original order. It generally takes up to 5-7 business days for the refund to process. The specific refund arrival time will fluctuate according to your payment method.

How to return?
  1. Please contact our customer support to initiate a return. Please explain the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
  2. Bkcarbinetsupport will share the corresponding return address with you by email within 24 working hours. In order to process the refund in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notice to Bkcarbinet with the following information:

Under what circumstances can the goods be exchanged?

If the product has quality issues within 30 days of receipt, you can contact us via email for a return, refund, or exchange. If you need to exchange goods, you need to show your proof of purchase and photos of product quality to the staff who contacts you. Please understand that we do not accept exchange requests for non-quality issues. Due to quality problems, we will bear the replacement shipping cost. After Bkcarbinet receives the goods sent back by the user and confirms that the goods have quality problems, we will re-deliver the goods for you within 24 working hours after confirmation. The site does not charge a product re-listing fee.

Storage Basket products cannot be returned after cleaning. Some products such as Storage Locker need to be assembled by the user after receiving the goods. If the product is damaged due to human or external factors, we will not return or replace it. If the product is damaged or even failed due to improper placement, we will also refuse such return applications.

Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery returns.

If the goods are returned or replaced not due to product quality, such as dislike, inappropriate size, or slight color difference between goods and pictures, the postage shall be borne by you. If we determine that the reason for the return and replacement can be attributed to our product quality problems, errors, omissions, losses, etc., the round-trip freight will be borne by us (not exceeding the official standard of ordinary express delivery charges). You only need to upload the relevant unpacking videos and pictures to verify the above problems. If it is not for our reason, we also support the return and replacement of goods to solve the problem, and postage shall be borne by you. We do not charge relisting fees.

How do I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel an order after 30 minutes as the logistics company processes the order within half an hour of receiving it. If you insist to cancel the order, we are afraid that you need to reship the product back to us at your own expense, and we will issue a full refund once received the product.  

What should I do if the courier is damaged during transportation?

We will confirm the condition of the goods before delivery and packaged, but inevitably there will be accidents in transit, if there is really bump, please contact us first, and we will assist you in negotiating with the courier company to solve the problem. In order to protect your rights and interests, we recommend that you record the unpacking video.

What should I do if the product is missing?
